Seriously...I can understand people say (well it's baby weight so it's different) It's really not...it's still fat on your body and a calorie is a calorie...granted when i went in to the hospital I was 197lbs...and when i left i was 177lbs....and the rest didn't come off that easy people...

The Sacred Heart Cleanse...to do or not to do!!!

Wanted to get some input on if you think this will work...it's a cleanse brought to my attention from my SISTA!!!!

Step 1 Sacred Heart Soup DietYou'll be eating a lot of soup for the next 7 days. Here's the recipe:
You can make the recipe on your stove or in a crockpot. This recipe can be done in various ways as well.
Use 2 large cans of tomatoes
a few green onions
A tetra of chicken broth
An envelope of chicken noodle soup mix1-2 peppers any colour you like
1-2 cups vegetable cocktail such as Clamato or V-8 Juice (optional)
1/2 head of shredded cabbage
Cook until everything is tender. Keeps in the fridge about 2-3 days. At day 3 the noodles might get a little too soggy. Some people make a large batch and put 1/2 of it in the freezer.
Follow the diet per the directions below and drink only: water, coffee, tea (and milk on the milk day.) Refrain from sodas, sugar, and anything else not listed in below steps.Step 2
Day 1: Soup and FruitToday, you need to eat soup and fruit. Eat as much of the soup as you want and as much fruit as you'd like. The only fruit you shouldn't consume today is bananas.Step 3 Diet
Day 2: Soup and VegetablesToday you should eat plenty of soup and vegetables. It's a bit of a tricky day but you can eat raw and cooked vegetables. At dinner time, have a baked potato with a little bit of butter. This might be one of the best potatoes you've ever eaten (except that you must skip the sour cream). Potatoes are a high satiety item so can definitely help you feel full. Step 4
Day 3: Soup, Fruit and Vegetables
Today is a bit easier although you are probably going to start craving meat in a bad way. (It won't be long until you can have some meat, don't worry!). You can have soup, fruit and vegetables today. You can't have bananas yet and you can't have another potato, though!Step 5 Day 4: Banana and Milk DayToday is banana day. Eat several bananas and drink some skim milk. If you like, you can blend them together for a yummy smoothie! Eat soup too. By now you might be on your second batch of soup. You're more than 1/2 way done. Are you losing weight yet? You might also feel a bit bloated by now but that will soon pass.Step 6
Day 5: Beef! Today you should have some soup but you can also have as much meat and tomatoes as you want. Eat steak 3 x if you like or cook a whole roast beef and nosh on it all day. You could also opt for cooked chicken or ground beef. You're having meat again tomorrow.Step 7 Day 6: Chicken or FishHave some more meat today. If you had beef yesterday, today you might opt for poultry or fish. Don't forget to have some soup and you can have plenty of extra vegetables as well. A great idea is a chicken and vegetable stir fry, for example.Step 8
Day 7: Final Sacred Heart Soup DayHave at least one bowl of soup today but you can also have some brown rice and vegetables. Make a stir fry if you like!Step 9 Sacred Heart Soup Diet is Done!
