3 Days of Lean Cuisines and Mike Ikes on my DESK!

I think i'm addicted to granola bars...that or i'm just too lazy to find or eat something that doesn't come out of a package...i really need to get on that.

Diet Coke - Package (can)

UGH

chicken salad dinner...turtles ice cream sabotage.....

As of now....

Almost the end of my day...FINALLY! This is the hardest part for me. I can go all day with little food...but once 4:00pm hits...its a free for all and you better hope your not a granola bar in the bottom of my purse!

Today's incoming:
Coffee
1 Banana
Granola Bar

Lean Cuisine
Diet Pepsi --- track how many of these you see..i'm trying to give up aspartame (IT'S NOT WORKING)
Fiber One Bar
Some Hot Tamales that were put on my desk!!!!

Needless to say..i'm hungry...i'm gonna have to bring more fruit and veggies to snack on...
Thankfully there is no vending machine here (piss me off) Unfortunately, the coffee truck comes 3 times a day! I have YET to purchase anything off of it...okay i had one pack of pretzels!
I'm gonna try to have a lighter dinner...but we shall see..it's a rainy night and there's wine in my rack!

Once it travels to the bottom of the string and returns to your hand, you grab it and throw it down again!

Friday night: wine and cheese, pizza and beer, chicken parm and rice, cheesecake.
Saturday night: wedding...two dessert table visits and lots of alcohol! 5 Course meal!
Sunday: Confirmation after party at a beautiful restaurant with food and fam! 5 Course meal!
All this followed by a "mom" comment----well u looked like u gained weight! NO SHIT!
Is this a mom thing??? and Italian mom thing?.....don't people already know when they are a little "bloated"! What is the point of this comment? Is it to spark an "a-ha moment" in my head!

Weight loss story stems back from the 67 lbs weight gain during my pregnancy 3.5 years ago. All stretchmarks and cellulite bumps were worth it and somehow I managed to lose it!!!! BUT..my pool is opening in 33 days and I would like to lose the infamous 10-15lbs!

Goals (more than 1)
** Learn to run -- training for 5K Run for the Cure on October 4
** Get back into Yoga
** Weight train! and use the gym two floors under my condo!
