Oops never mind...DIET STARTS TODAY

Okay. So it's Monday. I was pretty good this weekend. Other than the amazing dinner my bf took me on Saturday night. I spent some good money at the grocery store yesterday purchasing good/healthy food. My fellow blogger met a hot body and asked what he ate...he said "chicken and brown rice/brown rice and chicken"....i can do that. And i will. Guess what i'm having for dinner tonight!

Monday Breakfast: Banana and Activia Yogurt with Fibre Plus
Snack: Granola Bar (why can't i give those up? anyone have an alternative to this?)
Lunch: Weight Watchers Lunch (new goal to give these up too)
Tea
Snack: Granola Bar
Snack after work while preparing dinner: 5 crackers, laughing cow cheese, 1 slice turkey
Dinner: 2.5 skinless chicken drumsticks...brown rice and salad.
HARDEST JILLIAN MICHAELS WORKOUT EVER. For anyone who wants an ass kicking..I seriously suggest you buy this video..it's the best $15.00 i've ever spent!

My New Journey!!!

Booked a flight to Vegas today!! Holy Shit.... I haven't been away for over ....um..a really damn long ass time. So i'm super excited and this has motivated me to eat healthier than ever. The fact that I am travelling with two mini girls might have something to do with it. But all in all..i think this is a great reason to start off right....AGAIN. So...it's August 27 and I leave October 2nd. That gives me 36 days to COUNT IT DOWN. My goal is to eat and exercise like i used too. I have some great videos a dungeon basement and kitchen of my very own to make sure this happens.
Weaknesses ---- chocolate...drinking...granola bars...coffee truck...and not working out.
This has to change....AGAIN. Also..there's now mobile postings..I'm gonna try to see how that works....

Case of the Mondays? No More!

Last night this girl in spandex knocked on my door with a bottle in hand and yoga matt under arm. She proceeded to walk into my apartment, clean out my fridge and prep my low fat dinner of pita pizza's with fresh ingredients for our post dungeon workout/pilates ab workout dvd dinner. This is a new concept for me. Prepare?!? You mean, prepare what you are going to eat in advance and then you don't have to rush to feed your 3 year old chicken fingers or pasta AGAIN cause all of your meat is frozen and the only food easy to cook in five minutes is from a bag or box?? This is new.
I actually got a glimpse of what a LIVE IN personal trainer/chef can do for a celebrity. OFCOURSE THEIR BODIES ARE INSANE. They have no choice -- they can't say no. Maybe we give ourselves too much of a choice and that's why our fight against weight loss is actually a fight with ourselves ....deep!
Anyway new goal...i plan on doing pilates everyday...today will be my third day lol. But even 30min a day will do.
My new Monday "start the week off right" nite is going to recharge me every week to get me back on track...AGAIN..haha. Great idea I say!
And..i'll also learn how to prep and cook. Then i'll stop making mashed potatoes from a box..even though they are SO GOOD.
